Sadly, the suffering did not end there! With BORDERS still closed, the levels of starvation and thirst are becoming life-threatening.  

 1.1 million in Gaza face catastrophic levels of hunger, with many children unable to take in vital nutrients required for growth. 

In the northern areas, there are cases of residents consuming animal feed just to survive. We must act now before children are lost to malnutrition once again. They're already acutely malnourished, facing dizziness, weakness and stunted growth. 

With the closure of the borders, bottled water is not getting in so Palestinians are facing little to no access to clean drinking water.

No aid is being allowed in, not even water. There is food, but most families cannot afford it. Prices have risen to the point where even basic items are out of reach. Clean water is becoming more and more difficult to access with every passing day. 

This is not a short-term situation. It continues every day.

Allah SWT says in the Qur'an:

For us, we're so blessed to live in comfort, with a healthy wage at the end of the month, food on the table multiple times a day and a shelter above our heads. 

For many worldwide, their Rizq is sadly much less than ours and their reliance on humanitarian assistance is a daily struggle for relief and survival. 

Who do they rely on? 

Ultimately, it is always Allah SWT, but what we must understand is that Allah SWT could be sending them their blessings through us. 

He is the most MERCIFUL and the PROVIDER, who provides for us and for them, but will we provide from what we've been blessed with? 

Gaza's mothers raise their hands at iftaar time, calling on Allah SWT to send someone to their aid.
